🧾 Change of VAT on Mama Kana CBD products
Following a prefectoral decree, we are now obliged to apply a VAT of 20% (instead of 5.5%) in Ireland on flowers, oils, and other CBD products.
➡️ This regulatory change is beyond our control, but we are doing our utmost to limit the impact on your purchases :

🍬 Recall of food products containing THC and CBD
Authorities have deemed that there is a potential risk of overdosing on THC and CBD in certain food products.
👉 No incidents have been reported to date, but as a precautionary measure, we are required to carry out a recall of these products.
We understand that these decisions may come as a surprise or disappointment. They have been imposed on us in a strict manner, but we want to remain totally transparent and to support you as best we can in this transition.
