Terms and conditions of sale

1 - Conclusion of the contract

Any order for products implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

2 - Prices

Goods are invoiced at the rate in force on the day the order is placed.

3 - Delivery

Delivery is made by delivery to a shipper or carrier at the seller's premises or any other designated premises. Goods must be checked by the purchaser at the time of acceptance. In the event of damage or shortages, or of complaints about apparent defects or non-conformity of the product delivered, the purchaser must make clear and precise reservations in writing to the seller within 48 hours of the date of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies observed.

4 - Delivery times

Except in cases of force majeure (war, riot, fire, total or partial strike, etc.), in the event of late delivery lasting more than two weeks after the indicative delivery date, the purchaser will have the option of cancelling the order, without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.

5 - Returns

All product returns must be formally agreed between the seller and the purchaser.

6 - Warranty

The seller will take the utmost care in the execution of the order and in the quality of the products. In the event of a defect recognized by the seller, the latter's obligation shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement of the defective quantities, without further compensation. Defects and damage resulting from storage, handling, transport or use in abnormal conditions or conditions which do not comply with the nature, specifications or suitability for use of the product are excluded from the warranty.

7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product (or from the conclusion of the contract for services) to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or incur costs other than those provided for by law.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Vendor of his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by post or e-mail). The Customer may, but is not obliged to, use the withdrawal form appended to these GTS.

The Product must be returned to the Vendor within 14 days of communication of the decision to cancel. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.
Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, unless otherwise specified.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases provided for in article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (for example: personalized goods, unsealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, digital content supplied without a physical medium that can be executed immediately, etc.).

8 - Repayment terms

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Vendor will reimburse the Customer for all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of the date on which the Vendor is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

Reimbursement may be deferred until recovery of the Product or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Product, whichever comes first.

Reimbursement is made by the same means of payment used by the Customer to place the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another means of reimbursement and provided that this does not incur any costs.

In the event of depreciation of the Product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product, the Vendor reserves the right to apply a discount to the amount refunded.
