My experience with Mamakana has been extremely negative.
I placed an order that, according to the company itself, should have been delivered in 3 days. More than a month has passed and the product has never arrived. GLS tracking shows my package as "in incident" for more than a month and, despite having contacted the store repeatedly, they have not offered me any real solution.

Although the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users establishes that the seller is ultimately responsible for delivery, Mamakana has limited itself to "dealing with the carrier" without obtaining any results and without offering me any alternatives. No refund, no reshipment, no clear explanation.

The most serious thing is that, after not resolving anything, they now send me an email saying that my order has been "closed" and asking me for my opinion on a product that I never received.

My order still hasn't arrived and I still haven't received a solution. I cannot recommend this store at all. My experience has been one of missed deadlines, lack of response, and a total absence of responsibility.
