Customer service is quite professional and friendly, and the responses are really pleasant, but the core issue—which requires attention to technical details—was overlooked, at least in the case of one flower I purchased. The fact that the most recent lab analysis dates back several years is a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the flowers are good overall, and I’m satisfied with the Pack.
