The Mama Pass is a digital product, an exclusive, no-obligation subscription offer (monthly, quarterly or annual) from Mama Kana that entitles you to the following benefits during the subscription period:

2. How much do the different Mama Pass packages cost?
We offer three Pass de Mama formulas with different subscription durations (monthly, quarterly and annual) but all with the same benefits.
- 30-day monthly pass: €39.90 total.
- 90-day quarterly pass: €29.90 per month for a total of €89.70.
- 365-day annual pass: €22.90 per month for a total of €274.8.
For your convenience, our subscriptions are non-renewable, so don't worry.
3. Do subscriptions renew automatically?
No, subscriptions are temporary. They are not automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. You must take the initiative to renew your subscription if you wish to continue enjoying the benefits of Mama's Pass.
4. How do you deliver with Mama's Pass?
Mama Pass orders benefit from priority processing and express delivery. All orders placed before 2 p.m. will receive same-day priority shipping with free Express delivery. Please note that shipments and deliveries are not guaranteed over the weekend.
5. Can I combine the Mama Pass with discount codes?
You can use your loyalty program discount codes to purchase the 3 different Mama Passes. However, please note that discount codes cannot be used on products on the "Mama Pass 👑" page. On the other hand, you can still use the discount codes on "off pass" orders.
6. How do I activate the Mama Pass on the site?
Once in possession of the Pass, log in to your account to access our page exclusively reserved for subscribers. Benefits will be activated only by placing an order on the "Mama👑 Pass" page with your subscriber account. Please note that orders placed via the site's other so-called "classic" pages will not be doubled. Please pay attention!
