1. First sifting: The dried hemp flowers are passed through a coarse sieve, approximately 150–190 microns. This step removes the largest particles: stem fragments, leaves, and plant debris. The large trichomes are collected.
2. Second screening: The material from the first pass is passed through an intermediate screen with a mesh size between 70 and 120 microns. The selection is refined by removing lower-quality trichomes and any remaining plant debris. The material becomes more uniform.
3. Third sifting: The final step uses a fine sieve, between 25 and 70 microns, which allows only the smallest and densest trichomes to pass through—those that contain the highest concentration of cannabinoids and terpenes. The result is a pure trichome powder, which is then pressed to form the final resin.

Each step gradually removes impurities. The final resin has an oily texture and is dark brown on the outside and lighter on the inside—a characteristic of the triple-filtering process. CBD levels reach 21% and CBG levels 23%, making this hash one of the most concentrated varieties available in Ireland.
